17.05.2006: FIR NO.207 DT 17.5.2006 Lodged u/s 109/409/201/120B IPC and investigation by EOW Crime Branch Delhi Police.

12.02.2007: Charge Sheet filed by EOW Crime Brach Delhi Police against Dinesh Chandra Sharma Record Keeper in the court of ASJ Patiala House.

23.05.2007: 1st Supplementary Charge sheet filed by EOW Delhi Police.

17.01.2008:2nd supplementary Charge Sheet Filed by EOW Delhi at the ACMM court Patila House u/s 109/409/201/120B IPC against the following accused persons:

1. Sushil Ansal

2.Gopal Ansal

3.Anoop Singh

4.Prem Prakash Batra

5.Harswarup Panwar

6.Dharam Vir Malhotra

15.02.2008:The  Ld.ACMM Mr Guhar has taken cognizance and has summoned all the 6 accused for 2nd May 2008.

24.04.2008: Application moved by Sushil Ansal in the Delhi High Court with a prayer to stay the summoning order.The Ld Judge issued notice and passed the following order:

“The petitioner will appear before the trial court on the next date of hearing and excute the bail bond,if required.”

28.04.2008:Application moved by Gopal Ansal in the Delhi High Court with a prayer to stay the summoning order.The Ld Judge issued notice.

30.04 2008: Application moved on behalf of Dharam Vir Malhotra GM Star estate Management Ltd  and PP Batra employee of Ansal Properties to stay the summoning order. The Ld Judge issued notice and passed the following order:

“Trial court records to be summoned for the next date of hearing”

Arguments  commenced  on 7th Januray 2009 in the court of  Hon’ble Justice S Murlidhar.

Orders reserved on 20.03.2009.
