BRIEF CHRONOLOGY OF TAMPERING CASE
17.05.2006: FIR No.207/2006 was lodged by Delhi Police under Sec. 109/193/201/218/409/120B IPC as per the directions of the Hon’ble High Court dt. 05.05.2006
After detailed investigation by the Economic offences wing (EOW) ,Delhi Police filed a charge sheet:
12.02.2007: Charge Sheet was filed by EOW Delhi Police against Dinesh Chandra Sharma u/s 109/193/201/218/409/120-B IPC.

15.02.2008: the Ld. ACMM, Patiala House Court, issued summons against all accused persons.
The summoning order of the Ld ACMM was challenged before Hon’ble High Court by Sushil Ansal, Gopal Ansal, P P Batra & D V Malhotra ,
03.09.2008: The Hon’ble Delhi High Court while disposing of the revision petition filed by accused Sushil Ansal , Gopal Ansal, P P Batra & D V Malhotra in Crl Revision 224/2008 held: “This Court does not find merit in any of the petitions. Each of the petitions is accordingly dismissed with cost of Rs.25,000/-.
03.05.2010: SLP (Crl) No. 1631/2010 was filed by D V Malhotra in the Hon’ble Supreme Court Challenging the order of Hon’ble High Court Delhi Upholding the summoning order of Ld CMM. The same was dismissed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
31.05.2014: Ld CMM framed charges against all 7 accused u/s 409/109/201/120B IPC.
12.05.2017: Hon’ble High Court Upheld the charges framed u/s 409/109/201/120B IPC by Ld CMM .
01.10.2018: That the SLP (Crl) No. 9496/2018 was filed by Anoop Singh in the Hon’ble Supreme Court Challenging the order of Hon’ble High Court Delhi Upholding the order Framing Charges of Ld CMM. The same was dismissed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
